RADM Edward Masso, USN (Ret.), is a Senior Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. In a recent interview with Stars & Stripes, he commented on the Pentagon's upcoming plan to unveil a comprehensive cyber policy. According to Stars & Stripes, that policy will officially declare cyberspace "a domain of warfare equal to land, sea and air in importance."
