RADM Edward Masso, USN (Ret.), is a Senior Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. In a recent interview with Stars & Stripes, he commented on the Pentagon's upcoming plan to unveil a comprehensive cyber policy. According to Stars & Stripes, that policy will officially declare cyberspace "a domain of warfare equal to land, sea and air in importance." In a recent interview on Washington, DC's Fox-5 news (WTTG-TV), he responded to reports that the President has ordered CIA personnel into Libya to assist the rebel forces there. While it's not possible to confirm exactly which assets may be on the ground in Libya, Munson told viewers that the intelligence community "is fully engaged in support of the current mission."
