Dr. Tawfik Hamid, Chair for the Study of Islamic Radicalism at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, is the author of the book Inside Jihad and a onetime member of the radical group Jamaa Islamiya. Dr. Hamid was acquainted with Al Qaeda's second in command, Ayman al-Zawahiri, decades ago. Potomac Institute for Policy Studies Chairman and CEO Michael Swetnam is an intelligence and national security expert, a former CIA official and current member of the Technical Advisory Group supporting the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.  In an interview with Voice of America, he discussed the role of the intelligence community in the hunt for Osama bin Laden.
