In contrast, he writes that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton took a much stronger stance in her last visit to Tbilisi, reasserting America's interest in Georgia and the South Caucasus region and warning that Georgia must not be "provoked" into actions that would spur an aggressive Russian response.
