Potomac Institute for Policy Studies Senior Fellow Amb. David Smith, (Ret.), is the Director of the Georgian Security Analysis Center in Tbilisi, Georgia.  He writes and lectures extensively on cybersecurity and the role of electronic media in international relations and national security.
