Dr. David Kay is a Senior Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies and a former IAEA/UNSCOM Chief Nuclear Weapons Inspector. He is closely watching Iran's nuclear talks with major world powers including the US, which ended in Geneva with an agreement to meet again in Istanbul in January.
