Prof. James Giordano, PhD, is Vice President for Academic Programs and Director of the Center for Neurotechnology Studies at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies.  On April 4, he was an invited speaker at a special event sponsored by the National Academy of Science's Science and Entertainment Exchange, "A Night of Total Destruction," at the Directors' Guild in Los Angeles (left).  Prof. Giordano and other experts treated an audience of filmmakers to a look at the science behind  various man-made and natural disasters, with Prof. Giordano's talk focusing on neuroweapons and neurotechnology.
