Prof. James Giordano, PhD, is a neuroscientist, Vice President for Academic Programs and Director of the Center for Neurotechnology Studies at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. In comments to  NBC News that aired on NBC television stations nationwide, he reacted to the report by a WHO panel on a possible link between cell phones and brain cancer.
