Prof. James Giordano, PhD, is a neuroscientist, Vice President for Academic Programs and Director of the Center for Neurotechnology Studies at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. In an interview with Washington, DC's FOX-5 news, he addressed an announcement by an international panel of experts that cell phones may indeed pose a brain cancer risk. Prof. Giordano says the latest findings by the panel, which is associated with the World Health Organization, mean that we can't rule out cell phones as a possible health hazard.
