Prof. Yonah Alexander is the Director of the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies' International Center for Terrorism Studies. In February 2012, ICTS released its latest report on terrorism on the African continent, Special Update Report: Terrorism in North, West, and Central Africa: From 9/11 to the Arab Spring.
