Prof. Yonah Alexander is the Director of the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies' International Center for Terrorism Studies. In an interview with the Royal Society of Chemistry's Chemistry World, he reacted to concerns that a recent EPA action could increase terrorist threats to chemical plants.
