Potomac Institute for Policy Studies Chairman and CEO Michael Swetnam is an intelligence and national security expert, and a veteran of a long career in government and military service.  He is currently a member of the Technical Advisory Group supporting the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.  In comments to Defense News, he observed that CIA Director Leon Panetta's nomination as Defense Secretary is likely to bring other personnel changes to the Pentagon.
