The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies held a lecture on Thursday, September 8, on "The Future Security Environment for Game-Changing Technologies," focusing on technologies that promise the greatest advantage to US National Defense. The program was presented by Bob Hummel, PhD, Vice President of Research, and Faith MacDonald, Research Assistant in the Policy Research Division. The program focused on the importance of identifying the science and technology investments that offer the greatest promise for the future, as budgets across the federal government come under increasing scrutiny.
